Why do I have to pay for a consultation before I can know the price of items?
Great question! What we offer is a service and not a product. We aim to find the items you need at the best price and quality. Sourcing is not always straight forward. We will have to contact multiple suppliers to get their updated prices and compare them. Chinese suppliers often change their prices based on the season and if its a hot selling item, we also check to see if its in stock and ready to ship. All of this requires our time and effort hence we are only able to do this after payment.

Do I have to pay the fee every time I use your service?
No, its a one time payment which allows repurchases

Do you have a catalogue or a list of items you source?
While we sometimes do have examples of our customers' orders on our social media, there is no exact list of items we stick to. We are a sourcing company so you just need to tell us what you want to find and we will advise you further.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide directly. No need for a separate shipping company or freight forwarder.

What if I want to upgrade my package later? Do I have to pay the full amount?
No, you can upgrade at anytime by paying the remaining amount. For example the silver package is currently 300usd, if you were to upgrade, you would only need to pay the remaining 100usd to become a gold member.

What the shipping times and cost?
Worldwide shipping generally takes 5-14 days by air and 45-65 days by sea. Air freight is around 13usd per kg while sea freight is 190usd per cubic meter. These can differ slightly based on season and country.

Which shipping method is best?
The shipping method we will suggest depends on the size and content of your package. If it contains liquids, powders or batteries, it can only be sent by sea freight. We also suggest sea freight for large items over 20kgs as it will be more cost effective for you. Air freight is suitable for light items such as wigs, jewelry and other small commodities.

How do you accept payment?
Payments are made via Wells Fargo direct deposit ,NCB, Scotia Bank, PayPal, Western Union, Alipay and Wechat.

When can I join your next business tour in China?
Since our host resides in China she is able to facilitate guests for tours all year round. However tours must be booked and first deposit paid 3 months before your intended date of arrival. This is to secure the host's availability and ensure everything can be prepared for your arrival.

I have my own supplier, can I send my packages to your warehouse and you consolidate/ship them for me?
No, in general for security purposes we only handle goods sourced and purchased through us. However gold members have this priviledge. Conditions apply
